A man in a tuxedo and a red sequin hat pointed straight at our camera. Then he spun around on the platform like he owned the place.
That was just the start of the night.
A gala for a great cause
On October 24, 2026, the Indiana Blind Children's Foundation held its gala at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Noblesville Indianapolis Conference Center. The theme was Through the Looking Glass. The event was presented by Eye Surgeons of Indiana, and Lux Lab Hair Body was a sponsor.
Guests wore tuxedos, sequin gowns, velvet dresses, and fur stoles. A red carpet ran through the room.
Black tie, silly signs
We set up our overhead 360 video booth near the red carpet. Dressed-up guests did not stay stiff for long.
They grabbed round signs that said "VIRAL" and "Photo Booth Addict." They put on star-shaped glasses and sparkly sunglasses. Two guests shared a toy microphone and sang. A woman in a red velvet dress threw her arms up mid-song.
Every video had a black frame with sparkly lights and the IBCF logo. Guests got their slow-motion video on their phones before the night was over.
The moments we loved
- The tuxedo point. A man in a red sequin hat pointed right at the lens.
- The duet. Two guests in sparkly glasses sang into one microphone.
- The signs. "VIRAL" and "Photo Booth Addict" looked great in a red-carpet room.

Hosting a gala or a fundraiser?
A photo or video booth gives guests something to do between dinner and the dance floor. It also puts your logo in every guest's phone.
