  • BOOKING & AVAILABILITY

    How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for most events. For peak dates — weekends from May through December, holidays, and major corporate events — book 2–3 months ahead to lock in your date. The earlier you move, the better. Popular dates fill fast.

    What areas do you serve?

    We are based in Indianapolis and serve the greater Indianapolis metro area including Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, Noblesville, Greenwood, Avon, Plainfield, and surrounding communities. We also travel throughout Indiana and into Ohio. Contact us for travel availability and any applicable fees.

    How much is the deposit?

    A $100 deposit is required to officially hold your date. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to your event.

    What is the booking process?

    Start with a quick inquiry through our website or a phone call. We confirm your date, discuss your event details and experience options, and send over a proposal. Once you accept the proposal, a contract is generated through our booking system. Signing the contract confirms your booking. A $100 deposit locks in your date and we handle everything from there.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit card, Zelle, and check.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    What experiences do you offer?

    We offer five distinct experiences — the Overhead 360 Video Experience, the Freestyle Roamer Booth, the Tap & Pose Selfie Booth, AI Photo Experiences, and DJ Services. Each one is designed for a different energy, event type, and guest experience. You can book one or combine multiple for a full event production.

    What is the Overhead 360 Video Experience?

    Our signature experience. The camera is mounted overhead — not on a spinning platform arm — so there are no steps to climb and no platform to balance on. Up to 18 guests can be captured in one video. The camera shoots from above, rotating to capture slow-motion video that gets delivered instantly to every guest's phone via QR code. The result is cinematic content people actually want to share. Available for weddings, corporate events, social parties, and nonprofit events.

    What is the Freestyle Roamer Booth?

    We bring the experience to your guests — not the other way around. Our roaming booth moves through the crowd capturing candid photos and posed shots from every corner of your venue. No platform, no line, no waiting. Perfect for large events, cocktail hours, VIP activations, and any event where you want every guest included regardless of where they are in the room.

    What is the Tap & Pose Selfie Booth?

    A clean, modern, stationary selfie experience. Guests tap the screen, strike a pose, and receive their photo digitally — instantly. No printing required unless you add it. Available as an attended or unattended digital drop-off option depending on your event needs.

    A clean, modern, stationary selfie experience. Guests tap the screen, strike a pose, and receive their photo digitally — instantly. No printing required unless you add it. Available as an attended or unattended digital drop-off option depending on your event needs.

    What is the difference between a 360 photo booth and a regular photo booth?

    A traditional photo booth takes still photos or short GIFs. Our Overhead 360 Video Experience creates a cinematic slow-motion video shot from above that captures your guests from every angle — the kind of content you see at major brand activations and red carpet events. It's a completely different experience, and the shareable content it produces goes far beyond a printed photo strip.

    What is the difference between all your booth options?

    The Overhead 360 Video Experience captures slow-motion video from above with up to 18 guests in one shot. The Freestyle Roamer moves through your crowd capturing candid photos wherever the energy is. The Tap & Pose is a sleek stationary digital selfie station. The AI Experience transforms guests into custom AI-generated visuals. Each delivers a completely different result — and they can be combined for a full event production.

    Do you offer DJ services?

    Absolutely. Many of our clients combine experiences — DJ Services with the Overhead 360, the Freestyle Roamer alongside the Tap & Pose, or a full production with multiple experiences running simultaneously.     Do you offer custom backdrops?

    Yes. Custom backdrops are available as a standalone add-on — ideal for weddings, corporate events, and brand activations where your visual environment matters

    Do you offer data capture for corporate events?

    Yes — and any of our experiences can be built into a full brand activation. The Overhead 360 Video Experience, Freestyle Roamer Booth, Tap & Pose Selfie Booth, and AI Photo Experience can all be customized with branded overlays, custom booth covers, themed props, data capture, custom backdrops, and branded digital delivery. Whether it's a single-experience activation or a multi-experience production, we build it around your brand from the ground up.

    Do you offer large-scale brand activations?

    Yes. We offer data capture solutions for corporate and brand activations — collecting guest information such as phone numbers directly through the booth experience. A powerful tool for lead generation and post-event follow-up. Ask about this when booking your corporate event. For large-scale corporate events, national activations, festivals, conferences, and multi-day productions, our Roamer Brand Activation starts at $1,200 and includes fully branded overlays, dedicated crowd engagement, instant social sharing, and seamless integration into large-scale event programming.   • EVENT DAY

    What types of events do you service?

    Weddings, corporate events, brand activations, birthday parties, holiday parties, graduation celebrations, nonprofit galas, fundraisers, conventions, and more. If you're celebrating or activating, we're there.

    How much space do you need?

    Space requirements vary by experience. The Overhead 360 Video Experience requires approximately a 12x12 foot flat area with no stairs and access to a standard power outlet. The Tap & Pose Selfie Booth needs approximately a 10x10 foot space. The Freestyle Roamer Booth requires open floor space to move through your crowd — no dedicated setup area required. Let us know your venue layout when booking and we'll make it work.

    Can you set up outdoors?

    Yes, in most cases. Outdoor setup depends on weather conditions, surface type, and power access. Contact us with your venue details and we'll let you know what's needed to make it work.

    How long does setup and breakdown take?

    We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time to set up and be fully ready before your first guest arrives. Breakdown is handled after your event ends — you don't manage any of it.

    Do you require a power outlet?

    Not always. We carry our own power supply to most events, so running cords across a venue or relying on hard-to-reach outlets isn't something you need to worry about. If your venue has convenient power access, great — we'll use it. If not, we come prepared. Just let us know your venue layout when booking and we'll handle the rest.

    Will there be an attendant at my event?

    Attended experiences include a professional on-site attendant for the full duration of your booking. They manage the experience, guide guests, and handle anything that comes up so you can enjoy your event. Unattended digital drop-off options are also available for select experiences at a lower price point.

    How many guests can use the booth?

    The Overhead 360 Video Experience can capture up to 18 guests in one video session. The Freestyle Roamer and Tap & Pose accommodate guests throughout your event with unlimited sessions during your rental period.

  • PHOTOS, VIDEOS & SHARING

    How do guests receive their photos and videos?

    We offer multiple delivery options so guests get their content the way that works best for them. Depending on what you choose at booking, we can deliver instantly via QR code, text, AirDrop, email, or WhatsApp. Every option is designed to get content to your guests' phones fast — right from the experience. Just let us know your preference when booking and we'll set it up exactly the way you want it.

    Can photos and videos be customized with our logo or branding?

    Yes. We offer custom overlays, branded templates, and logo integration for corporate events and brand activations. Let us know your branding needs when booking.

    How quickly will I receive the full digital gallery?

    We aim to deliver your complete digital gallery within 24 to 48 hours after your event. You'll have everything you need to relive the moments and share with your guests quickly after the night ends.

    Can guests print photos on-site?

    Yes. On-site printing is available with the Tap & Pose Selfie Booth and the AI Photo Experience. We offer both per-session and unlimited printing options. Printing is an add-on — just ask about it when building your experience and we'll include the right option for your event.
