Three women stepped up to the booth. One held a sign that said "Here for the food." Another held "Forever Single." They were laughing before the flash even fired.
That is how a good wedding photo booth starts.
A barn on the ranch
On October 24, 2026, a couple was married at Stapp Ranch, a beautiful ranch about an hour and fifteen minutes from downtown Indianapolis. The barn was set up for the reception. Guests wore dresses in burgundy, black, pink, and brown. Men wore suits and tuxedos.
We set up our Tap & Pose selfie booth inside the barn. We hung a white curtain with a soft glimmer behind it. It lit up every photo.
Signs on sticks
We brought a box of props for the night. Guests held signs like "Love @ first swipe," "Newly Married," "She's next," and "LIFE of the PARTY." Two guests wore "Bride" and "Groom" sunglasses. Someone grabbed a tambourine.
Every guest tapped the screen, struck a pose, and got their photo on their phone right away. Every photo also came with a custom wedding frame.
A very big day
That Saturday was a big one for us. We worked two events in Indianapolis, then drove out to the ranch. We were packed up and on the road before the night ended. We loved every minute.
The moments we loved
- The food joke. "Here for the food" and "Forever Single" got the biggest laughs.
- The surprised face. A guest in a wide-eyed pose, an arrow prop in her hand.
- The "She's next" sign. Held up next to a pair of Bride and Groom sunglasses. A classic.
