Cancellation Policy

Booking Policies Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete. Please review the details and notify us of any changes within 48 hours. More than 30 Days Before Event: If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. 14-30 Days Before Event: Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Less than 14 Days Before Event: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event without penalty if requested more than 30 days in advance. Rescheduling requests made 14-30 days before the event will incur a $100 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event will incur a $200 rescheduling fee. Additional Notes: Weather Policy: In case of severe weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule the event at no additional cost. Event Changes: Any changes to the event details (location, time, etc.) must be communicated at least 7 days before the event. Last-minute changes may incur additional fees.
